Delivery Information

Every piece is handcrafted to order in our Vienna workshop and shipped across the European Union.

Production time

Each piece is made for you after your order. Production and dispatch take approximately 10 business days from receipt of payment. You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your piece ships.

Shipping costs and transit times

Austria & Germany: € 9.90 (transit approx. 1–3 business days)
Other EU member states: € 14.90 (transit approx. 2–5 business days)
Free standard shipping on all orders of € 150 or more.

We currently deliver within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, contact us at office@waldart.co for an individual quote.

Packaging

Pieces ship in double-wall cartons with corner protection and a surface spacer so that nothing presses on the moss. Each box includes a small repair kit (spare moss tufts) and a care card.

Damage in transit

If the packaging or the piece arrives damaged, photograph both and contact office@waldart.co — we arrange repair or replacement immediately. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
